By accessing and using Postflow, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Postflow for personal or commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose without proper subscription
  • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Postflow
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion.

4. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to the content you create and publish through Postflow. By using our service, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

5. Payment and Subscriptions

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Postflow to publish content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

Postflow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of Postflow after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
